In the Contract module on the General Tab there is a value for potential changes. This value includes all PCO items listed on the change order tab even if those potential change order items were then determined to be no allocation or cancelled.
It would be useful if that potential change number only included those PCO items that were marked as anticipated and/or pending instead of including those items that are marked no allocation or cancelled.
In addition, it would be helpful if there was a contract report that ran each contract, original value, revised value, potential changes (excluding no allocation and cancelled items) and potential value. Currently, there is no report available that shows this information.
For clarification, we do understand that if we unlock the PCO and remove the link to the contract it will not calculate in this total but would like to not have to do the additional steps which is why the request is being made for the potential changes to only calculate the potential changes and not those that are no allocation or cancelled items.
