Move Column Order and Filter Project's Team Tab

I'm not understanding why you can't move or filter the Project's Team grid when you can do that to all the other grids in ProjectSight. This would be helpful when adding contacts to put the Name, First, Last and e-mail right in the front. It also should display the contact's security role if they are a user so you don't have to look in two places.
