Anticipated Cost

It would be great to have a change event log where you can input your subcontractors/purchase order/owner's change orders or any anticipated cost that you have budgeted for but not issued a contract for and track them all within one location, and have that cost per line item be added to a "Cost Forecast or Anticipated Cost
