Auto Generated Records from Failed Checklist Items

It would be useful if settings could be configured to auto generate records when a Checklist Item is marked as "No" or "Failed". For example if a checklist item is marked failed, it auto generates an issue.

    Without this feature the individual failed checklist items are buried in the checklist with no way to Report on them. It would make the checklist more useful to have the failed items auto generate into a separate record that could be filtered by Assigned to give Subcontractors a Report of their failed items.
