Revenue Codes Must be on Prime Contract Change Orders

Prime/Owner Contract are revenue so entering the contract amounts are assigned to revenue codes. When we create a Prime Contract Change Order, you must be able to allocate the changed revenue to the revenue code. Without this, we have to create individual Prime/Owner Contracts for each Revenue Code/Schedule Value but since this data comes from Vista, we can't do that.
