Need a more Free Form Location in Punch List - Room Number or something like that

When we are walking through with an architect or owner, we need to quick tag a room number or some other quick indicator of where the punch item is. There should be a standard field that lets us type in a room number or other tag for reference. It should remember previous tags and fill them in for us.

    Maybe it would just be a 'Tags' field that you could use for room number or whatever you need. And then a report to group punch items by tags.
