In the Record Settings for Cost related forms you cannot setup default To and From Contacts

Client would like to be able to setup default To and From contacts on Cost related forms. Currently they are set to Not Applicable. These are available for the To and From Company selections in the Field Attributes. Not sure why these are not available to set defaults.
