Ability to add just text to previous record attachment in the comments section.

This is an efficiency request for adding some description text to an already created attachment. The users want to be able to review the text rather than having to open every attachment to know what it is about. The attachments were just added previously without any description. It would be nice to be able to edit a description on previous attachment comment.
