Create an alternative Summary option for Weather in Daily reports.

Currently Weather is pulled hourly from the weather station. The client is requesting a summary entry. If it rained or snowed that day, it is a rain or snow day regardless if the sun comes out at 4pm.

    It would be great to establish a threshold for rainfall accumulation and/or other weather events that would likely effect workflow ...either site safety or work stoppage.
