Could we add a notes field in the PCO item grid that carries over to the SCO and Contract Invoice?

Currently for Schedule of values from a contract you can add notes to the field in that grid, and they carry over to Contract Invoice. The notes field displays in the Contract Invoice item grid. That notes field also shows on the rows for SCO and PCO items that are added to the Contract invoice. Unfortunately there is no corresponding notes field in a PCO or SCO that carries over like the Contract Schedule amount. The UI kind of leads a user to think there is a notes field in PCO items and SCO items. Is this an indication of future enhancement or a descrepancy.
