Workflow for Multi-level RFI and Submittal Approvals

Currently, there is only one set of Created Date and Date Returned fields. However, on projects where we need both the design team and owner approvals, there is no way to track the second step. We've been customizing other fields to show dates submitted to and returned by the owner, but that takes away from other useful fields.
