When updating a drawing set, add a warning for when the Drawing size of the new sheet does not match the previous version.

Occsionally our teams upload updated drawings that are provided in different sizes depending on the submission. In the latest example our sets were 30x42 but the GC accidently provided 8.5x11. When our team updated the drawing set, ALL links were lost visually but still appeared in the Link section. Only did we realize eventually this was due to a scalling issue in the application.

It would be great if the user was notified of the size difference and potnetial issue. We sometimes get in the routine of updating on some jobs and it's easy to overlook.
