When a Report is printed in Excel, it doesn't always print in the exact rows one after each other

We are wanting to input our mancount numbers as part of our daily reports since we are currently keeping track of all active projects through an excel spreadsheet (about 40 some projects). Since we are now able to print a custom mancount report across all projects thanks to Hunter, the only downside with this report is it doesn't always print in the exact rows one after each other. There are random extra hidden rows for each project. I attached a copy of the report that was printed from ProjectSight and highlighted the areas of the hidden rows.
