Track User Logins and Record Activity

We would like to be able to see detailed information on any user's login/record viewing activity across our portfolio. For example, we want to be able to tracking the following items:

* Has an invited user completed their account setup?
* When was the user's last login?
* Detailed viewing tracking for each record type and every record so that, for example, we can verify that a user has viewed a specific RFI or PCO.
