The ability to reorganize and rearrange drawings within a discipline. Merged

It would allow users to view and customize how the drawings are arranged. Example would be having the Title Sheet (T1-00) as the first sheet above the rest of the general sheets (G-01) currently they go alphabetically and reordering is not possible.
