Submittal Package Assigned to a Trade from the Lookup List in Settings

Trade is in the Lookup List in Project Settings but when setting up a Submittal Package, the lookup list is not available. It appears to be a free data entry form.

This will lead to inconsistencies such as one person using "Concrete" and another person might put the Division number in front and use "03 Concrete".

I suggest using this Lookup List entry as a drop down selection box for Submittal Packages.
