Submittal Date/Assignment Tracking Enhancement

We have a project who would like to see an enhancement to the Sumittal records whereby you would be able to track the review life of a record per assignee similar to how we used to in prolog and show the record exchange hands.

The main point of their issue is that it is hard for a user to see the review process and time spent in review per assignee in a multi-tiered review process (GC- > Architect - > GC- > Owner or any iteration of this).

Since the Assignment options don't track when something was returned or when the items was first sent/assigned the only option you have is to dig into the history tab for this information. Furthermore this same information is not shown on any reports or coversheets.
