Subjobs within a Project

We need the ability to have sub-jobs within a single project and the ability to parcel out access based on the sub-job.

This really comes into play when integrating with ERPs that allow for sub-jobs or you have a single Project Budget that encompasses several sub-jobs throughout the life of the project.
