Change Orders to the same vendor / sub should be numbered in sequential order.

The sequential numbering of all change orders is completely irrelevant in most situations.

It seems like prolog has a lot of the kinks already worked out in a lot of modules - why reinvent the wheel - in most areas this program should mimic pro-log with upgraded technology advances.

Clients on this software are missing functionality compared to pro-log users and users on competing software. Copy prolog and get us up and running.
