Split the Section Code and the Specification Section Name (Description) for Non-Standard Spec Sections

Currently the OCR tool duplicates both the section code and name in both the "Section Code" and the "Specification Section Name" fields in the specifications sets. Would like the ability to split and have only the section code in the section code field and the only the description/ name in the specification section name when non standard spec sections are used (alpha /numeric).
