Sketch Management Module
We often receive sketches with RFIs, but also sometimes outside of any formal record process and just via email. Our users often keep a sketch log in Excel, stored in the file library.
For sketches, I think it would be useful to have a sketch log available as a dedicated module, located in the Document Control module.
Desired functionality:
* Maintain a list of all the sketches we receive on a project.
* Easily notify all users on a project when a sketch has been issued, like how drawing updates can easily go out to everyone.
* Have a sketch markup tool on the drawings that displays the sketch number, like how RFI markups show the RFI number.

* Number
* Issued By
* Issued Date
* ASK Title
* Location
* Originating Document
* Notes
