Show Project Name on Record "Full Form" View

Enhancement description:
We would like to see the project name next to the record type & # on the full form view.

What are we trying to accomplish?
Make it easy for users to know what project they're working on when in the full form view.

How is the lack of functionality affecting the business?
Users that work on multiple projects sometimes have multiple tabs open with forms for different records. If they leave a tab to do something else, they might forget what project the form is for.
