RFI Reports Need Cost Impact

Please add an RFI notification report option that is "detailed, with comments, links, and cost impact".

As currently programmed; we are not able to send an RFI with a PDF notification that has the comment and the cost impact in one PDF. It is essential that our back up PDF reports have all information compiled into one document.

We also need the ability to manipulate the cost impact in the initial "add RFI" tab before sending the RFI. This would allow custom cost impacts assigned to an RFI before notifying the design team with a PDF.
