Remove the PCO Item prompt to use the Budget Code Description

Is there a way to make this auto message stop in PCO's (to replace the budget code description)? Whenever I put the cost code in, it automatically asks me if I want to replace the description I wrote with the Budget Code word. And if I accidentally press yes it erases everything I did and I can't get it back.
