Remove Project Sight's automatic spacing within 'Email Report" sent from document control (RFIs, submittals, etc.).

When sending document control items through Project Sight's "Email Report", automatic spaces are added between new line items, whether or not it is copy/pasted from a different program or manually written into Project Sight's interface. To add, this action has only occurred after Project Sight underwent an update. Automatic spacing disallows users form sending email signatures, for example, without "paragraph-like" spacing: see attached file for visual representation. There is no formatting option within the "Email Report" to remove these spaces, and Project Sight's technical support suggested we submit a request to change the email formatting internally. The body of the "Email Report" should reflect exactly how the information will be presented in the email. This enhancement would help Project Sight users implement clean, consistent formatting when communicating between project teams.
