Recurring Assignments

For checklists (and my suggested photo feature (https://projectsight.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PSW-I-143) ), I think we should be able to schedule recurring assignments. I would like for our VP of Construction to be able to assign checklists to our superintendents by setting up a custom recurring schedule.
