UPDATE: Record Lock Settings

Workflow unlock feature only affects records as they are moving into that state, not records already in that state. This means that any records created using the portfolio settings will continue to be locked. All new records created after workflow lock was disabled in project settings will be unlocked.

Please change this behaviour so if removing or adding the lock feature from a workflow status all existing records with that status would be updated accordingly

UPDATE:

The new workflow feature locks all records after the final step is completed. Not even an administrator can unlock the record.
Please allow unlocking of records which completed a workflow.
