Punch Items Copy needs to copy over the description which is actually contained in the comments with copy.

With the Punch Items the description is contained in a comment. Typically the Copy feature does not copy over comments to a new record. This make Punch Item data entry much less efficient than it should be. Clients want to be able to edit the description rather than have to write it up from scratch.
