Progress Photo Function

It would be useful to link actual progress photos to a drawing ILO a "download" item which could be anything. The photos on the drawings also link to a separate portal specifically for progress photos that track information like date of upload and date of photo taken etc. and can be filed into folders to designate areas, weeks, months depending on the need of the project.
