Please add the ability for Projects to read the date format DD/MM/YYYY with Title Block processing.

Please add the ability for Projects to read the date format DD/MM/YYYY with Title Block processing. This forces clients to have to manually enter the correct date for every drawing as it puts the current date in the Revision date. This would effect our EU clients.
