Please add responsible company or to/from capability to RFI form for reporting/exporting RFI reports
In many cases we need to upload our RFI to the architects system (we cannot use assignments and notifications, they do not want emails - we can't even email them the report, we have to upload it to Newforma). We need to have the ability to show to/from, or responsible company etc, on our RFI reports for this reason. It doesn't look like something we can accomplish with crystal reports because the data fields don't exist for this in RFIs. Maybe we could go to the sharing tab for this, adding responsible company there.
In the interim we are recommending creating with a transmittal cover sheet which allows for the to/from. The transmittal can be created within the RFI and allows to pick from the RFI reports to include with the transmittal.
