PDF Viewer Dynamic Stamp support/creator

In the PDF Viewer users can add a stamp but are limited to static images. Users who use dates in their stamps or have dynamic stamps in Adobe have to export it every day in order to utilize the functionality, which is too time-consuming and cumbersome.

PDFTron appears to support this in some fashion according to this article: https://www.pdftron.com/documentation/web/guides/annotation/stamps/
