PCO Line Item View Access by Company

When creating PCO there may be multiple trades linked to the various items. Currently in order to all the trad vendor interact with the PCO and log their pricing they are able to see what other trades are also inputting. Ideally it would be nice if a trad vendor can only see the line item they are tagged to and not the entire PCO values.
