Ordering Purchase Order items is confusing and not described in the help under, "Managing purchase order items"

There are two parts that need improvement. First the selection of Purchase Order item rows is unlabeled in some cases. You have to click the blank space in the front of the row (checkboxes sometimes show here and sometimes not based on the expansion of the window), or the description field. Once the row is highlighted, the only way to keep the item sort default for display and in reports is to use the UP and Down options in this section's menu. To eliminate user confusion please add this to the help in a highlighted style as soon as possible. This is exacerbated by the existing sorting available by clicking the column headers of the Purchase Order items.
