Option to receive comment notifications as author

Some users would like to see an option to receive a comment notification email when they are the author of the comment. If possible, I think the ideal location for this setting is on the user profile, and it should only send for comments added via the website.

    If implemented, it would be worthy to consider a way to opt out of receiving Comment Notifications where the author is the commenter, perhaps through the individual user's Notification Preferences.
