OCR User Highlighted Regions in Specification Module

Ability for the user to use the OCR highlighted regions tools (currently found in the drawings module) within the specifications module. This would extract data found within the defined regions into the report fields.

    This is such an important missing feature. I just uploaded a specification document and it came up with 800 errors. Manually going through to correct each one before it's publishable is a huge waste of time and frustration.
