Nomenclature option for Module names

Enhancement description: Have a nomenclature setting available to rename the modules in Projectsight e.g. Budget & Cost Management, Field Management, Document Control.

What are we trying to accomplish? Have more control over the naming of each area in Projectsight to better fit the needs of companies.

How is the lack of functionality affecting us? Some module names don't quite describe what certain companies are utilizing them for, which makes it confusing to users.

Suggested implementation: Have a nomenclature menu for the Module names.
