Need to be able to move/copy a project from a portfolio to another.

We are using portfolios for bidding's and construction, and would like to, on finished constructions and maintenance.

If a bid is win, would be nice to move it to the construction portfolio, and if you are following work after construction we want to have it on maintenance. And we don't want the crew on site to have to scroll all over a big list off old finished projects to see the ones we are working on (we give them access on portfolio level).
