Currently we can filter on a checklist by who filled it out and the template used, but we must be able to filter on the data inside each checklist.
A key feature missing is no way to analyze the form data entered onto a checklist. These forms are created for key reasons and we need to be able to filter on a specific month say, then see all the values entered onto each form field, then export to Excel and run a report or pivot table. We need ways to see if things are better or worse or finding out which Trade selected Yes on which form etc. This is KEY and is currently possible in Viewpoint Team so it's a must in ProjectSight.
We STILL cannot use this module because we cannot analyze the data captured on a checklist so have to still use external Excel files. How can we replicate manual spreadsheets if we can't see the checklist data within a checklist? TC1 Viewpoint Team has this. We need this.
Couldn't agree more. Surprised this hasn't gotten more traction. Not being able to easily interrogate or easily extract the actual checklist data across multiple iterations of a checklist is very limiting and misses an important capability. Just tried to run a report of checklist detail against ~ 300 checklists on one project and looks like the report timed out.
We desperately need this for our Inspection forms.
