Navigation of PDF Documents in File Library

Need a pan tool so that when zoomed into a document, one can pan around as needed. Also option to zoom with the mouse wheel into wherever the cursor is located.

Do not strip out the description of page thumbnails. Right now it strips the info and only shows the page number. Uploaded file had page descriptions.
