Multiple Signers & Signing Order on Cost Records

Some projects require more than two parties to sign certain records, such as Prime Contract Change Orders. For these records, we would like to be able to create a report that includes signature lines for 3, 4 or more signers, but it's impossible today without making a project-specific report that includes signature lines & titles embedded in the report.
