Moving Stored Material in Payment Reqs

the program should be able to move stored material from the previous application to "previously stored" in the new application.

Billing format should match AIA, as should billing process.

This is customary in the industry.

Lets not reinvent the wheel here, contractors are all used to billing this way.

    Yes! It creates problems when the Stored Material value isn't moved. Every AIA and accounting system handles it this way and ProjectSight should be no different. For correct integration with Spectrum, the value needs to work correctly. Procore also handles it correctly. It needs fixed.
