Most Recent Project/ Record- Easy Access

Use Case: After user logs in, instead of navigating to a portfolio and then project- provide a "Quick Access" Quick Link - to" the last project (or most visited project) and or Last Record (last edited record) so a user can easily and quickly "Jump" into work.
