Enhancement description: Have a more detailed error message when uploading fails. For example, files with invalid characters in the file name will cause it to fail the upload.
What is the customer trying to accomplish? Have a more descriptive reason as to why uploading fails. This would make it easier to fix the problem if the message contains information as to why.
How is the lack of functionality affecting their business? Failing uploads can cause time lost in workflow and an error message that describes the problem could lead to a quick fix without needing to call support or troubleshoot.
