Meeting Minute Timeline Narrowing for Reporting of Comments

In the meeting minute module/report is it possible to specify dates of how far back we want to report on comments? I.E. if we roll a weekly meeting 4 times can we start to drop off old comments when we do the report after say a month.

Ideally we might have a rolling agenda item that we don't want to close, but don't need to see the history for a year when we create a report/minutes.
