Meeting Minutes - Topic #

Users would like the ability to key in their own numbers rather than the auto-number currently generated.

Example:

1.0, 1.1, 2.1, 2.2 etc..

    Often, when I try to change Topic #s on a meeting, I get an error telling me a Topic # has already been used or something like that, even though the Topic #s are all unique on the meeting.
