Meeting Minutes: Highlight each row containing topic number, description etc

It is difficult to differentiate the item you are talking about from the notes and comments in the report. If it were highlighted or at least bold it would stand out with the notes and comments following. It would be a lot easier to follow along or identify the item we were discussing. This would make it better for us and all the subcontractors, owner, developer, architect...pretty much anyone in our meetings would benefit.
