Meeting Minute Attachments default to "Unchecked" or Include an Option to "Uncheck All"

The Print Report for Meeting Minutes defaults to select all attachments. It would be more efficient to default attachments unchecked OR include an option to "Deselect All". Currently, the report shows every attachment ever included in previous minutes and it is quite time consuming to go through and individually uncheck all that do not apply.
