Mark Hyperlinks Manually with Rectangle

Right now it appears that the default markup for adding a hyperlink is an oval shape. How about a rectangular shape that highlights the text of the item to be hyperlinked. Such as the index of drawings that has sheets that ProjectSight missed and one has to create their own hyperlink to the appropriate sheet.
