Make it easier to change spec section list

In record settings under Submittals, it would be nice to be able to batch edit (batch delete) sections instead of one-by-one (as a side note, when attempting to do it one-by-one the plus sign and the x sign start to move out of line and become hard to access once you start scrolling down).
